Kai Tai Pipe Co.,Ltd.is a licensed manufacturer
of Kitec multi-layer pipe; it consists of an aluminum tube
with overlap welding laminated between two layers of PE
material; the overlap welding technology is a Kitec patent
that allow a stronger binding strength than butt welding.
Kai Tai hot water pipe is manufactured with XLPE (cross
linked polyethylene) for water temperature up to 95℃ and
Kai Tai cold water pipe is manufactured with HDPE (polyethylene)
for water temperature up to 60℃ Currently we are the only
producer using the correct pipe grade Cross Linked PE for
production of multi-layer pipe in China .Kai Tai pipe is
light, strong, flexible, non-corrsive; the pipe is suitable
for indoors and outdoors installation of private home, commercial
building, radiant under floor heating, air condition cooling
and high tech optic fiber tubing. Kai Tai currently has
regular inventory of cold and hot water pipes in five different
sizes: 1216, 1418, 1620, 2025 ＆ 2532. Larger size pipes
are being developed.
Kai Tai Pipe has been a multi-layer pipes and fittings manufacturer
since 1989 . We have spent the last our teen years concentrating
in developing the Greater market. Currently, we have manufacturing
facilities for both pipes and fittings in China and Taiwan.
All manufacturing, laboratory equipments and raw materials
are imported from either Europe or North America. Our facilities
have passed ISO 9001; our composite pipes and fittings meet
the ASTM F1281, F1282 and F1974 requirements. In terms of
awards, our products have gained titles such as the Preferred
Building Material and Best Countries Satisfaction from the
Chins Federal Building Department. We have been exporting
our products to various countries in South East Asia, North
America, and Europe: Mexico, Russia, Israel, Canada, USA,
Turkey, Greece, etc.
To satisfy the demand of the market and improve the technical
aspects of the Kitec fittings, which can be used with PEX-AL-PEX
and PEX pipes ,Kai Tai’s technical team has successfully
developed the Kitec brass COMPRESSION AND CRIMP fitting
system since 1990. For which we hold the exclusive patent
for this system (China＃ZL93206405.1, German＃29706719.2)
The material for the fitting is Brass 37700, and we are
exporting these connectors Canada with NSF, CSA and IAPMO
marking.
